Right next to the accommodation is the barrel sauna Henn, an ideal spot for both peaceful private sauna sessions and enjoyable gatherings with friends. The sauna features a wood-fired steam room where you can experience an authentic sauna, as well as a small anteroom to sit, relax, and comfortably change clothes. The sauna is located right on the edge of the pond, with a convenient stairway leading into the water — perfect for a refreshing dip after a hot steam.

In our Pondside Complex, two cozy barrel houses—Helve and Külli—and the pleasant Barrel Sauna Henn await you. It’s an ideal place for a small group who wants to enjoy nature, peace, and the pleasures of a sauna. Accommodation in the Pondside Complex suits up to four people, while the barrel sauna can hold up to 10 guests. The Pondside Complex is a great choice both for private relaxation and spending time with friends.
Who are Helve and Külli?
Deep in an ancient forest, where a rushing river sang its lively song, lived sisters Helve and Külli. They were children of this place, knowing every tree and brook as if they were their own hands. Their days passed in the quiet of the forest, listening to the whispering wind and watching the dance of water over the rapids. One day, as they sat by the rapids, their feet in the cool water, they felt a strange buzzing rising from their toes upward. It wasn’t cold but rather a warm, trembling sensation, as if the earth itself was speaking to them. The forest around them grew especially silent, as if waiting for something. The sun shone through the leaves like a spotlight on them, and the air held a sweet, previously unknown scent. At that moment, their hands began to glow softly, as if they had caught the sunbeams and were now releasing that light again. It wasn’t frightening, but rather a feeling of eager anticipation, as if something wonderful was about to happen.
