Booking and Conditions
Booking Confirmation:
A booking is considered confirmed after receiving a 50% advance payment. This is a booking fee and is non-refundable in case of cancellation. Refunds are only possible by mutual agreement.
Until the booking fee is received, the selected date remains available to other interested parties.
VAT:
All prices are subject to VAT (unless otherwise noted in the price list): Accommodation (and breakfast) 13%, Other services (e.g., party rooms, saunas, seminar rooms) 24%. (To calculate prices including VAT: multiply accommodation price by 1.13 and other services by 1.24)
Rental Period and Use of Accommodation Rooms:
The accommodation period starts on the booked day at 3:00 PM and ends the next morning at 11:00 AM — thus the standard rental period is 20 hours. Rooms are rented for the same period unless otherwise agreed. Time changes are possible by prior arrangement, subject to availability. Please send us your schedule early so we can consider it and prepare an appropriate offer.
Whole Complex Rental:
The whole complex rental includes:
- Main House Hall and Summer Hall
- Accommodation rooms: Main House (3 rooms), Courtyard House (5 rooms), Cottages Aili, Mari, Berta, Helmi, Hilja, Ella, Johannes House studio apartments (4 rooms), Barrel Houses Helve and Külli
- Saunas and hot tubs: Saunacottage Ella, sauna in Thinking House Heino, sauna Henn, 2 hot tubs
- The rental price includes heating for one sauna and one hot tub of your choice. If you want to use all saunas and hot tubs, additional heating fees apply.
- Note! In cold weather, the whole complex rental does not include barrel houses or all cottages (please ask for a detailed offer).
Additional services not included in the whole complex rental:
- Thinking Room in Heino House (seminar room)
- Accommodation room 10 in Thinking House
- Kalju Stage
- Padise Adventure Park (activity only available with a guide)
- Accommodation rooms in Kalmer’s Manor
- (The above can be added for an extra fee)
- Kauri House
