Our seminar rooms — ideas need space, air, and atmosphere
At Kallaste Turismitalu Holiday Resort, no seminar room is just a box with four walls — each room tells its own story, reflects its own spirit, and creates an environment where ideas can more easily be born. We offer seminar facilities suitable for small strategy days as well as large conferences and creative meetings. All rooms are surrounded by nature, silence, and the opportunity to pause, so your thoughts can truly arrive.
Main House Hall (75 m²) – located in the historic Kloostri-Aruküla parish school building
The room is suitable for up to 50 participants and is equipped with a projector, whiteboard, flipchart, speakers, TV, and WiFi — and of course a quality coffee machine that makes both espresso and latte macchiato. The hall opens into a spacious summer hall, where we can organize catering or hold the entire seminar from spring through autumn.
Heino Thinking Room (60 m²) – giving your thoughts room to grow!
The Thinking Room is located on the second floor with views of the Kloostri River and the surrounding greenery. The room is suitable for seminars, workshops, and strategy days with up to 20 participants. It is equipped with a data projector, flipchart, WiFi, and mobile tables and chairs that can be rearranged as needed. Comfort is enhanced by nearby restrooms and showers on the same floor, a refrigerator, and the option to prepare coffee and tea. The room opens onto a spacious balcony where you can enjoy fresh air and quiet. In front of the building, there is a covered terrace with a long table — an ideal spot for lunch breaks or working outdoors. At the end of the day, you can relax in the sauna located on the lower floor.

We have exercise balls that we can provide as an extra service to create a truly unique environment for bouncing ideas in your seminar room. Tables, important thoughts, and exercise balls — what could possibly go wrong?
Saunacottage Ella (25 m²)
Ella is a cozy log cottage with a special atmosphere, perfect for smaller seminars and brainstorming sessions both indoors (20 m², up to 15 people) and on the outdoor terrace (up to 20 people). The room features a fireplace, kitchenette, projector, TV, and flipchart stand, along with a mobile WiFi router. Additionally, guests can enjoy the sauna and campfire evenings.
An intimate and cozy holiday cottage
Please note that Saunacottage Ella is not a traditional seminar room but rather a cozy party and relaxation cottage with a sauna. Its warm atmosphere is best suited for smaller gatherings, brainstorming sessions, or inspiring discussions. Many of our guests have confirmed that such an intimate and homely environment helps ideas to take flight and people to open up. If you’re looking for a space filled with the warmth of authenticity and simplicity, Ella might be the perfect choice.
Summer Hall (150 m²)
The Main House Summer Hall is our most spacious seminar and conference room. It is close to nature, filled with light, and features a fireplace, making it ideal for larger seminars and gatherings of up to 100 participants. Seminars can be held here from spring through autumn. The hall is equipped with WiFi, a data projector, flipchart stand, and a stage. Sound equipment and microphones can be ordered additionally. It connects through a door to the Main House Hall, which is perfect for organizing coffee and lunch breaks.
Kalju-lava Stage (seating up to 800 spectators)
Here is a unique opportunity to hold a seminar or conference outdoors — the amphitheater-style open-air stage can seat up to 800 people on benches. The site is equipped with water, electricity, and lighting, and additional equipment such as a data projector and PA system can be arranged (for an extra fee). This venue is perfect for larger groups for training days, seminars, or festivals.
Catering at seminars – fuel for your thoughts
A good seminar needs smart content but also nourishing food. At Kallaste Turismitalu Holiday Resort, we offer seminar guests homemade and seasonal dishes straight from our farm kitchen — whether it’s a refreshing coffee break or a hearty dinner.
