Refund and returns policy

Kallaste Holiday Resort aims to offer memorable experiences and excellent service. To avoid misunderstandings, we kindly ask you to review the following cancellation and refund policy before making a booking.

Accommodation

Cancellations and prepayments:

• If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more before arrival, the full prepayment will be refunded.
• If cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, the prepayment may be partially or fully withheld.
• If the booked service is not used and no prior notice is given, the prepayment is non-refundable.
• No refunds or cancellations can be made after the service has been used.

Day Visits – Elamustalu

Elamustalu day visits (e.g. playground, activity areas, adventure trails) are time-limited services and must be paid in full upon arrival.

• No refunds are possible after the service has been used.

Refunds

Any agreed refund will be returned via the same payment method used during booking. Processing times may take up to 5 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Gift Cards and Special Offers

Gift cards and discounted bookings are non-refundable. However, gift cards can be used later for services of the same value, provided they comply with our terms.
